Terms and Conditions of Payment

5-Week Meditation Course – £60

By enrolling in this course, you agree to the following terms:

1. Payment
   The full course fee of £60 is payable in advance to secure your place.
   Your space is only confirmed once payment has been received.
2. Refunds
   The course fee is non-refundable. If you choose to leave the course once it has begun, no refund will be issued for any missed sessions.
3. Transferring to Another Course
   In cases of extenuating circumstances (such as serious illness or bereavement), you may request to transfer your place to a future course. This is offered at the discretion of the teacher and must be discussed as soon as possible.
4. Missed Sessions
   If you are unable to attend one or more sessions during the 5-week course, no partial refunds or reductions can be offered. Handouts or brief summaries may be provided upon request.
5. Cancellation by the Teacher
   In the unlikely event that the course is cancelled by the teacher (e.g. due to illness or emergency), a full refund will be given, or you may choose to transfer your place to a future course.
6. Respectful Participation
   This is a shared group space. You agree to participate respectfully and with kindness to others. The teacher reserves the right to ask a participant to leave the course if their behaviour negatively impacts the group, with no refund given.
7. Suitability
   This course is open to all and not affiliated with any religion. However, it is not a substitute for therapy or medical treatment. If you are currently experiencing a mental health crisis or significant distress, please consult a healthcare professional before enrolling.
